Edward Ziff, Chairman and Chief Executive of the leading Leeds and London property investment and development company Town Centre Securities (TCS), attended an investiture at Buckingham Palace where he was made an Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (OBE) for his services to the economy and community of Leeds.
Edward was accompanied by his family as he was presented with the honour by The Princess Royal.
In addition to being Chairman of both TCS and CitiPark, Edward is also well-known for his contribution to many local charities and good causes currently serving as Chairman of Leeds Teaching Hospitals Charitable Foundation and working closely with the Leeds Jewish Welfare Board (where he is past president).
Edward commented: “I was truly humbled to attend this investiture in the presence of my family who have always been a huge source of support. Helping the local community and contributing to the economy were principles my parents taught me at a very young age and I continue to live by them to this day.
“I am extremely fortunate to have worked alongside many talented and inspirational people who share my beliefs in doing what we can to improve the lives of others. I am honoured to have been recognised alongside so many other incredible individuals. I will continue to do all I can to benefit my community in the future.”
