New Appointment In Asset Management Team
Town Centre Securities PLC (TCS), is expanding its estates management team with the appointment of Alice Garrett as trainee Asset Manager for the Merrion Centre, its largest single scheme.
A Real Estate first class honours graduate from Northumbria University, Alice will be responsible for the ongoing asset management and growth in value of the Merrion Centre’s retail elements.
Focusing on the main Malls and retail presentation, Alice will continue to manage existing tenant relationships and attract new retailers to the Centre, as well as further improve the customer shopping experience.
Alice joins with a wide range of experience gained following positions with Harworth Estates in Sheffield working across their managed assets; Gent Visick in Leeds supporting the Industrial Agency teams and Bilfinger GVA in Leeds where she rotated across teams, including Lease Consultancy, Restructuring and Recovery, Agency and Hotel/Leisure.
During her sandwich year, Alice worked at Knight Frank in Leeds in their Commercial Valuation Department.
The Merrion Centre has seen circa £70M capital expenditure invested into the asset in recent years as part of TCS’s repurposing strategy. Alice’s appointment will help the company to grow the business as part of the ongoing investment in the Centre and implement the asset’s business strategy.
