Belgravia Living Group secures planning for Eider House in Piccadilly Basin
Belgravia Living Group, a joint venture between Town Centre Securities (TCS) and the Highgrove Investment Group, has secured planning consent for the second residential phase of developments at Piccadilly Basin in Manchester.
Manchester City Council has approved plans for a new 100,000 sq. ft. building comprising of 128 luxury residential units 128 luxury residential units.
Eider House will consist of two linked eight-to-ten storey buildings and include a range of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and nine townhouses. Located on Ducie Street, adjacent to the Dakota Deluxe Hotel that is currently under construction, Eider House forms part of the popular mixed-use development, Piccadilly Basin. The 12.5 acre site includes office, residential, retail and leisure spaces along with a variety of secure CitiPark car parks.
Work is set to begin on Eider House following further progress on Belgravia Living Group’s first flagship building Burlington House, which will comprise of 91 apartments and is targeted for completion in mid-2019.
