Property Management Company Signs Deal at Carvers Warehouse
TCS welcomes a new tenant to its business community at Carvers Warehouse on the fringe of Manchester’s Northern Quarter.

One of the leading property management companies in the North and West Midlands, Scanlans Property Management has agreed a deal to take 1,534 sq ft of office space at the Grade II asset.
Scanlans has more than 25 years expertise in the property management sector and is one of the largest and most experienced in residential block management. The company provides services to residents, leaseholders, managing agents and investors, managing properties throughout the Midlands and the North West from offices in Manchester and Birmingham, as well as in Liverpool, Chester, Leeds and Yorkshire.
Scanlans has taken part of the second floor of the iconic building offering a first class, modern office space ideal for the growing business with an array of on-site facilities and amenities for its team to access.
Carvers is one of the oldest surviving stone built warehouses in Manchester city centre. Grade II Listed, it offers 22,000 sq ft of space over 4 floors in a coveted canal-side setting. The building was sensitively refurbished in 2020 to deliver prime accommodation including break out areas, meeting pod, communal areas, shared workspace, cycle storage and shower facilities, as well as an on-site café/deli and parking.
