TCS forge ahead with Whitehall Riverside development
Current plans include up to 320,000 sq ft of office space in addition to a multi-storey car park with over 500 spaces, which will be operated by TCS subsidiary, CitiPark.
Town Centre Securities are forging ahead with the next phase of development on Whitehall Riverside after recently submitting a reserved matters application that enables TCS to react swiftly to potential occupiers.
The decision to make the application and move their existing outline permission forwards has been prompted by the current GPU requirement that has shortlisted the riverside location.
