Out of town retail park with on site parking
Town Centre Securities PLC sold Rochdale Central Retail Park and its adjoining 4.7 acres of land to Rochdale Council in January 2019.
Tenants at the time of sale included Halfords, Argos, Poundstretcher and Matalan with the site providing 350 parking spaces for Central Retail Park customers
The park totalled 70,000 sq ft, and through its prior ownership of the Rochdale Canal Company, in addition, TCS actively managed a number of developments around Central Retail Park.
