Flexible workspace in the heart of Leeds

Town Centre House (TCH) at the Merrion Centre offers high quality, flexible and environmentally-sensitive workspace behind a striking Yorkshire stone façade and feature glazing.

2009 Refurbishment

Fully refurbished in 2009, it delivered the first BREEAM Excellent rated building in Leeds City Centre.

During the initial development of TCH, Town Centre Securities worked with the Carbon Neutral Company. This involved using the carbon generated during construction and occupation to generate credits to support an environmental technical project to help tackle climate change and reduce global carbon emissions

2018 Refurbishment

Town Centre Securities head office space was completely refurbished in 2018 delivering a contemporary, modern space for our team to work, with further redevelopment taking place to upgrade other floor levels and deliver even more stand alone workspace within the building.

2024 Refurbishment

The completion of the latest phase of TCH’s refurbishment was completed in December 2024, unveilling a new look brand, reception, modern suites and additional ground floor workspace. For details click here

Town Centre House is also currently home to the Public Commercial Services Union (PCS), PureGym and Gleeds.
